MECA students from the Marine Biology college course went to White Point-Royal Beach for their field trip last Friday. Their departure time was around 8:30 a.m., and their return time was around 3:45 p.m. Throughout the trip, they used their knowledge to identify different marine organisms and engaged in activities that allowed them to apply it in the real world. Chaperones included Professor Nin Gan, the marine professor at MECA, and Tiffany Bahn, chemistry and anatomy teacher at MECA. Students also stopped by the San Pedro Korean Bell of Friendship on a surprise trip before making their way back to campus.
