Jasmine Arce, a freshman at MECA, is quite interesting! Born on a marine base here in California, she hopes to work with something that has to do with law or biology. As a kid, she never really stayed in one place. She had grown up in many different places but eventually settled here!

Coming from Edgewood Middle School, Jasmine wishes to do some great things! She is currently studying many different languages, such as Spanish, Mandarin, and Romanian! She does this because she just loves to learn new things!

Jasmine states she wants to go to a college near Pennsylvania, Texas, or Ohio, but it could change depending on what she thinks later.  As a kid, she wanted to be a paleontologist because she loved dinosaurs. As she grew older, she changed her mind on what she wanted to do, now wanting to major in criminal justice or anthropology. This is because they were very similar to paleontologists and seemed more interesting

Before she graduates, she hopes to start and run a baking club. She hopes to do something big for the community in some way but she says that in the future she will figure it out when the time is right.

Jasmine seems like a very interesting person, doing so many things and learning as much as she can! With all the struggles she has pushed past and with everything she’s learned, it looks like she will make it big in the future!
