WeTip: An Anonymous Reporting System
What is WeTip?
WeTip is an online tip system that can effectively deter and report crimes. It is used in schools to help connect staff and students anonymously.
How to use WeTip
To submit an anonymous report, go to https://www.wetip.com/. On the website, there is a pop-up that reads “Submit a Tip.” It will ask a couple of questions about when the crime occurred, when the crime occurred, questions about the perpetrator, questions about the victim, etc. Answer all required questions to the best of your ability.
Why use WeTip?
WeTip is a productive way to report issues at MECA that are serious but don’t warrant an immediate staff response or 911 call. Students can anonymously connect to staff and local authorities and can be reached for more details if needed.
